Edinburgh Tenants Federation is a membership-based organisation run by and for our members.
Our members elect the Executive Committee that takes responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Federation. We hold four members’ meetings a year where any member can attend and influence major policy decisions and our work priorities.
Please read the Membership extract from the ETF Constitution 2014 on the different types of membership that are available and then select the appropriate membership application form
Full membership of the Federation is open to any tenants’ or residents’ organisation in Edinburgh, regardless of who their landlord is. Download the full ordinary membership application form

Individual associate membership is for individuals who live in an area without a tenants’ group. Associate membership is for organisations that don’t meet our membership criteria but want to be affiliated to Edinburgh Tenants Federation.
Membership is free. Download your membership application form from this page or contact the Federation office for a membership form
Membership is renewed annually and must be completed 14 days before the AGM to enable Ordinary Membership Groups to vote at the AGM but membership applications are accepted throughout the year.
