High Flats Group

This group brings together tenants and residents from high-rise blocks across Edinburgh to ensure that information is shared and, where appropriate, citywide responses are co-ordinated and developed.

The group aims to improve the general housing conditions of tenants and residents living in high-rise blocks. The group discuss issues affecting council tenants in high-rise blocks and guest speakers have highlighted topics such as antisocial behaviour, changes to the benefits system and fuel poverty.

There are opportunities for members to get involved with Council committees on a range of issues, including the Multi-Storey Working Group.
